1. Agreement
By accessing or using ReeltorPro, you agree to these Terms of Service, which form a binding agreement between you and Lewis Conwell & Associates, LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Service Provided
ReeltorPro is a subscription-based online membership community for licensed real estate agents. The service includes access to private training, digital content, community discussions, and member resources.
3. Subscription & Billing
ReeltorPro is offered as a recurring subscription (monthly or annual). Your subscription renews automatically unless canceled prior to the renewal date. You authorize the Company to charge the payment method on file until you cancel. You may cancel anytime from inside your account. Cancellation stops future billing but does not refund past charges.
4. Refund Policy
All sales are final. No refunds are issued once access is granted, except in the case where the service is not delivered or the member is unable to access the platform due to an error on our side.
5. Member Accounts
You agree not to share your login credentials or give access to non-members. We may suspend or terminate your account if misuse, fraud, or violation of these Terms is detected.
6. Intellectual Property
All content, training, videos, downloads, and materials inside ReeltorPro are owned by Lewis Conwell & Associates, LLC and may not be copied, shared, or resold without written permission.
7. SMS & Email Consent
By creating an account or submitting your phone number, you agree to receive 2–6 informational and promotional text messages per month from ReeltorPro. Message & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe, HELP for help. You also agree to receive transactional and marketing emails related to your membership. You may unsubscribe at any time.
8. Limitation of Liability
The service is provided “as is” without guarantees of earnings, leads, or business results. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. The “Last Updated” date will reflect the revision. Continued use of the service means you accept the updated Terms.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any dispute will be resolved in Harris County, Texas.
